I don't think anyone comes here any more.

That's largely OK with me. This blog was a Thing while blogging was a Thing, but now social media has eclipsed blogging, and most of the heavyweight bloggers that I've known have given it up.

My personal adventures and thoughts are mostly on Facebook, my artsy photos are on Instagram, and what's remained here has been my weird quest to document Michigan football. And I got tired of even doing that after last season, when Michigan's season went downhill. (In retrospect, I wished I'd kept writing to document the remarkable end of the season in which Michigan upset Ohio State and Alabama. Also this upcoming season looks promising. But that's all I'll say about it.)

At some point, I'll probably try to archive and reorganize the best parts of this blog into something else. I like some of the stories that I've shared, some of the moral and political analyses that I've made, and of course there was my relatively popular year-long foray into documenting frozen lunches. My post about It's Just Lunch got a lot of views. I think there's some stuff worth keeping here.
