         <description>Ken, we are never leaving Iraq.  There is not scenario in which we can leave.  Otherwise it reverts to what it was before, or worse becomes a theocracy.  So we are there for the next 30 years at least.  Maybe it will be like Germany eventually, where the troops just kind of hang out</description>
