Seafood Restaurants: Rockfish Grill
Saturday, 2004 January 24 - 12:24 am
This is an unpretentious, down-to-earth seafood joint with great food at a reasonable price.

Rockfish Grill is not a fru-fru fancy restaurant, nor is it a greasy calabash joint. It's a chain restaurant, but it feels like a place where the owners are genuinely interested in providing well-prepared seafood in a comfortable environment.

You will find typical selections such as oysters and crab legs here, and various kinds of fish (grilled or blackened). To me, though, the fish tacos and seafood enchiladas are by far the best items on the menu.

Service at the SouthPoint location was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was busy but not loud.
