100.7 "The New River": Now Suckier Than Before

What the heck happened to 100.7 "The River"? Remember, this used to be the only radio station I liked around here.

They've changed their format. Before they played lots of 80's, 90's, and 00's stuff. Now they call themselves "The New River", and it's all 70's classic rock. They should call themselves "The Old, Safe, Boring, Middle-of-the-Road River".

Sorry, guys, you don't merit a preset button on my radio any more.

Yes, my sister called me complaining about this a few weeks ago. Radio around here is pretty crappy, so I feel your pain.

Why listen to radio when you've got better music in MP3 format?

Well, as I remember, WXYC used to be pretty good. But I don't understand the appeal of commercial radio.

I so agree. You've stated my thoughts exactly. Have you complained directly to the station yet? I was thinking of doing so.
