Real Kato Blog: Dating Update

Not much going on as far as dating goes, but I did want to share a couple of things.

When it comes to writing an on-line dating profile, I can't stress enough the importance of proofreading:

I can only imagine the kind of responses this girl is getting.

It's pretty slim pickings right now. I'm not e-mailing many people, and I'm certainly not meeting anyone. I think it must be the slow season right now. At least, I hope so.

I did contact one girl that I actually knew before, In Real Life. I was somewhat surprised to find her on-line; she's pretty and funny and athletic. I don't know if we're really compatible, but maybe we'll at least get together for a drink and a few laughs or something.

I'm being patient. I didn't expect this process to be instantaneous. And, as I've learned from experience, this is something you don't want to rush.

Besides, if I were out dating and everything, when would I have time to blog?
