Today's Frozen Meal: Lean Cuisine Roasted Vegetable Pizza
Monday, 2010 February 22 - 12:29 pm
"Roasted onions, red & green peppers, mushrooms & tomatoes with a four cheese blend." This is the one that Tim likes.

Box

Meal

Again, quite similar to the Lean Cuisine spinach and cheese pizza from before. By the way, I've just edited the score of that spinach and cheese pizza down to a 5.5 from a 6.0. Based on what I remember of the it, it doesn't merit more than a 2.0 for taste.

Taste: Disappointingly, not much flavor here. It seems to be mostly dough. There doesn't seem to be quite enough sauce. The mushrooms, peppers, and onions are practically unnoticeable. It's almost like an oversized bagel bite: it's not awful, but you certainly wouldn't mistake it for a real pizza.
Oh, and of course: it's tiny. Score: 2.5/5.0

Nutrition

Nutrition: Pretty good all around. Another gram of fiber and it would have made the top score. Score: 2.5/3.0

Packaging: Just like before: it has the clever crisping platform, but cumbersome shrink wrap. This time I took a picture of the shrink wrap to show you what I mean. Score: 1.5/2.0

Shrink wrap

Total Score: 6.5/10.0
