Today's Frozen Meal: Lean Cuisine Lasagna with Meat Sauce
Wednesday, 2010 March 17 - 1:50 pm
"Layered pasta with seasoned meat, tomato and reduced fat mozzarella cheese."

Box

Meal

Uh, oops. I ate the lasagna before photographing it. Hey, I was hungry.

Taste: Not too bad. It's kind of runny and lacking in substance, and every now and then I hit a wad of something that tastes like dill or tarragon, but it's edible. I guess this is another one of those dishes that's hard to screw up. I wouldn't mind a bit more cheese, and it'd be better if the pasta was a little more al dente. Score: 3.0/5.0

Nutrition

Nutrition: A little high in saturated fat, and not much in terms of vitamins, but otherwise OK. Score: 2.0/3.0

Packaging: I did have to peel the film off during cooking, but there was no stirring involved. Score: 2.0/2.0

Total Score: 7.0/10.0
