Dude... Weak...

I got nothing.

After dinner with Anna tonight, I went to see Rebecca Lynne, playing at April and George (the wine bar downtown).

As much as I didn't want to be "that guy", that's what I felt like. I was the old-guy-hanging-out-at-the-bar. I looked good, but I had no SKILLS. It seemed like every girl was already paired up... or, batting for the other team. I just didn't know what to do, or what to say. You know, sometimes, I really need a wingman.

After the show, I talked to Rebecca a little, and her beautiful sister, but otherwise the night was pretty much a bust. Damn.

PianoGirl, by the way, wrote an e-mail to me, and mentioned she was going to be in New York this weekend with "Marc". Who is "Marc"?

I wish I had more to say, but I just don't have it tonight. I'm just too tired and too full of wine. Tomorrow I'm going out with GunGirl on another non-date. No doubt I'll be home early enough to give a full report.

hey ken, i think that you should join a ballroom dance club. you've got those skills, there are never enough guys, so you'd be in high demand. think of how much fun those guys were having at the coffee shop in ann arbor!
