| Or maybe the premise of a children's story. Once upon a time there were three girls who lived in the town of Townville. The girls met in a playground. "Hello," said the first girl, "My name is Sheila." "Hello," said the second girl. "My name is Colleen." "Hello," said the third girl. "My name is Girl." * * * This came to me when I was at The Outback and musing about how the restrooms were labeled "Blokes" and "Sheilas". It was one of those "I crack myself up" moments, where I couldn't stop laughing about it, but I couldn't explain the humor of it to anyone else. |
