Today's news, from London, Atlanta, and Berlin. A London Zoo opened a "Humans" exhibit on Friday, where eight scantily-clad men and women played around in a caged environment. I think the main thing this proves is that London does not have Fox Television, where a human zoo is on display daily. A researcher in Atlanta has developed a way to turn chicken dark meat into white meat, albeit in a highly processed form more suitable for chicken nuggets than grilled chicken sandwiches. That reminds me of a Saturday morning cartoon I used to see, where they speculated that turkeys of the future could be grown with ten legs so that everyone could have a drumstick. But I guess that would actually result in more dark meat than white meat. I have dream that I will one day live in a nation where meat is not judged by the color of its flesh, but by the content of its character. A Berlin man was arrested and charged with gouging a penis-shaped emblem into hundreds of cars. There's no indication whether the cars were all Hummers or not. |
