Today's Frozen Meal: Amy's Thai Stir-Fry
Wednesday, 2010 February 3 - 12:42 pm
"Made with organic rice & vegetables."

Box

Meal

Vegan, non-dairy, and gluten-free. For those of you who can't eat actual food, this is the perfect meal for you.

Taste: It has a nice delicate flavor. It's pretty well-balanced, with a hint of spiciness that's offset by the coconut milk. The texture leaves something to be desired, with everything turning out a bit mushy. And I wish the portion size were a little larger. Score: 3.5/5.0

Nutrition

Nutrition: 7 grams of saturated fat, and 11 grams of fat total. But otherwise not bad; it's loaded with Vitamins A and C. Score: 2.0/3.0

Packaging: If you have a turntable microwave, then all you have to do is poke a hole in the overwrap. Score: 2.0/2.0

Total Score: 7.5/10.0
