Yesterday's Frozen Meal: Healthy Choice Spicy Caribbean Chicken
Thursday, 2010 April 15 - 12:54 pm
"Chicken Tenderloins, Pineapple, Black Beans and Corn, in a Jerk Sauce, Over a Bed of Whole Grain Rice."

Box

Meal

This looks and smells pretty good coming out of the microwave.

Taste: It's not all that spicy, and the flavor is dominated by molasses and something like anise. But it's not bad though, and it's recognizably jerk-like. The pineapple is surprisingly flavorful for microwaved fruit. Score: 3.0/5.0

Nutrition

Nutrition: Pretty spectacular at only 2g fat and 290mg sodium. 6g fiber too. Score: 3.0/3.0

Packaging: No stirring required. Score: 2.0/2.0

Total Score: 8.0/10.0
