Today's Frozen Meal: Lean Cuisine Swedish Meatballs
Monday, 2010 June 21 - 5:50 pm
"With pasta in a savory sauce."

Box

Meal

Pretty simple: meatballs and gravy and pasta.

Taste: It's recognizable as a Swedish meatball dish, but just barely. The meatballs are mostly beef, pork, and onions; the texture is fine but they're lacking in flavor. The sauce is like a thin, bland gravy. This definitely could just a heap of seasoning; perhaps something tangy, like mustard powder. It's kind of a small meal; not very filling. Score: 2.0/5.0

Nutrition

Nutrition: Just on the edge when it comes to fat and sodium; woefully lacking in vitamins. Score: 2.0/3.0

Packaging: Requires stirring midway through cooking. Score: 1.5/2.0

Total Score: 5.5/10.0
