September 29 Frozen Meal: Lean Pockets Grilled Chicken Mushroom and Spinach
Wednesday, 2010 October 13 - 1:01 pm
"Grilled white meat chicken, mushrooms & spinach with three cheeses and sauce in a crust." Gotta love that "sauce in a crust".

Box

Meal

For the background on this thing, see the previous day's meal. (In short: "Lean Pockets" + "Culinary Creations" = "Irony".)

Taste: Almost exactly like the other Lean Pockets, except with tough bland mushrooms and finely chopped, flavorless spinach added to the mix. Nothing great about this one either. Score: 2.0/5.0

Nutrition

Nutrition: Two servings in the box, but at 127 grams apiece, it seems unlikely you'd just eat one. So for the both of them:
calories: 480
calories from fat: 120
fat:12 g
saturated fat:6 g
cholesterol:40 mg
sodium:960 mg
carbohydrates:76 g
fiber:6 g
sugar:18 g
protein:20 g
vitamin A:8%
vitamin C:0%
calcium:40%
iron:20%

Slightly better than the other one, but still not good. Score: 1.5/3.0

Packaging: Not awful, but it's bit fiddly having to put the things into the crisping sleeves. Score: 1.5/2.0

Total Score: 5.0/10.0.
