Yesterday's Frozen Meal: Lean Cuisine Thai-Style Chicken with Noodles
Thursday, 2010 May 6 - 11:45 am
"Roasted white meat chicken, whole wheat noodles, green beans & carrots in a creamy chili peanut sauce."

Box

Meal

It seems like I've had this before, but looking back at the list, I guess I haven't. Maybe I was thinking of Amy's Thai Stir-Fry.

Taste: Not bad at all; you can taste the peanut and ginger in the sauce, and it's not too salty. The texture is decent. I wish the portion size were larger, and the flavors could be just a little stronger, but it's pretty good overall. Score: 3.5/5.0

Nutrition

Nutrition: Good all around. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt as far as vitamin content since it's so high in Vitamin A, and not all the values are listed. Score: 3.0/3.0

Packaging: You have to peel, stir, and re-cover halfway through. Score: 1.5/2.0

Total Score: 8.0/10.0
